Method:

  1. Mix components and adjust the pH to 7.4. Store in a sealed bottle at 4° C.
  2. CAUTION: Because cacodylate is an arsenic compound exercise caution in handling both powder and solutions containing cacodylate. Use fume hood.

Working Solution:
