    OU Health Sciences Center Research

Research at the University of Oklahoma is devoted to unraveling the mysteries of nature, understanding the human condition and the relationship of man to his environment. At the OU Health Sciences Center, this means taking the discoveries of basic research to the bedside of the patient. Importantly, at OU, research is a search for knowledge and truth that is one and the same to the university’s commitment to education. That combination strengthens our added mission of service and the overall result is a premier university that improves the quality of life for all Oklahomans.
