Det 675 Welcome to the University of Oklahoma AFROTC

HOW TO ENROLL

Our Aerospace Studies classes are open to everyone in the university. You can enroll in Air Force ROTC just like any other class. Just locate our courses (class and section) in the fall or spring semester class schedule.

For sophomores, enroll in AERO 2011 (Fall) or AERO 2021 (Spring). If you're new to the program, ask us about how dual-enrollment can help you.

For freshmen, enroll in AERO 1011 (Fall) or AERO 1021 (Spring).

Everyone enrolls in AERO 1300, which is a co-requisite for our AERO classes.

Once you've enrolled, give us a call to set up an appointment to complete the initial paperwork (getting set up for a physical, etc.) This can be accomplished at the start of the term, but its better for you if you do this ASAP. New sophomores enrolling in the spring are STRONGLY encouraged to get this done quickly.

If you don't "fit" into a freshman/sophomore class (junior or higher), call us for information on how you can still pursue a commission with AFROTC.

We would be glad to advise or help answer any questions you may have about our program.
