Phyllis is employed by Communication Technologies and has been with the Military Science Department since April 2005. She served for 23+ years in the Army and is a Retired Master Sergeant. She is from Ardmore and has lived in Moore since retiring. Phyllis is divorced with 3 grown children, their spouses and 7 awesome grandchildren. She is heavily involved with her church, First Baptist in Moore, and veteran activities especially women vets.
