Cadet Vanessa LaGrange stands with General George W. Casey, Jr.,
the current Army Chief of Staff and former senior coalition
commander in Iraq. General Casey visted the OU ROTC Armory
during a recent campus visit where he delivered an address about
the ongoing War on Terror.
The University of Oklahoma has offered military education in one form or another for more than 90 years. Founded in 1919, the Reserve Officer Training Corps at OU has contributed highly skilled officers to all branches and components of the United States Army, where its graduates have served with distinction in every great American war since the First World War.
