Candidates are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony (4:30 pm) in cap and gown.

Students are required to register for convocation. Bachelor’s and Master’s students obtain and submit the form with Tracy Holloway in Whitehand Hall 314 by November 3rd.

There will be a reception immediately following the Convocation ceremony in the OG&E Services Foyer of the Sam Noble Museum of Natural History. Reception tickets are not required.

Tickets will be issued for convocation. Each student will be allotted up to 5 guest tickets, which will be available for pick-up in early November from Tracy Holloway, Whitehand Hall 314.
