Each student is required to spend at least one semester (summer, fall or spring), or preferably one year in an approved study abroad program or in an approved foreign work experience. This is a very important component to the IAS degree. Please visit the Education Abroad Office to find out what study abroad opportunities are available for OU students. You may visit their website at
http://www.ou.edu/intprog/ for a complete listing of available exchange opportunities. You may also call them directly at (405) 325-1607 or visit Hester Hall, room 150 for more information. Keep in mind that in order to get your foreign university grades posted when you return to the US, you must submit your transcript and other course information to the Admissions Office, First floor, Buchanan Hall.
