Fall 2009 Convocation

Meacham Auditorium, Oklahoma Memorial Union, 2nd Floor

Students who wish to participate in the ceremony are required to register for Convocation by submitting a form to Tracy Holloway in Hester Hall, Room 155 by October 20.  Students received an email in mid-September with details.  

Tickets will be required to attend convocation.  Approximately ten tickets per graduation candidate will be distributed by Tracy Holloway in mid-November

Tickets will only be distributed to those who register for the ceremony!

There will be a reception immediately following the Convocation ceremony in the Molly Shi Boren Ballroom, located on the third floor of the Oklahoma Memorial Union, 900 Asp Avenue, Norman, OK.  Reception tickets are not required.
 
Candidates are asked to arrive at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 19 in cap and gown.  

Participating students should plan to attend Graduation Gear-Up October 14-15, and can also refer to the Graduation Office website for more general information on Convocation and Spring Commencement.
