CRIMINAL LAW

Prerequisite: 1113 and 3523. Provides a basic understanding of criminal law in the United States by examining what conduct is criminal under what circumstances. Also examines what criminal law should provide in light of the social and private interests involved and the ability of the law to influence behavior. (Irreg.)
