CY student Pre-practicum Lab 1:00-4:00 PM at the J.D. McCarty Center in Norman. Lab attendance is MANDATORY. |

Teaching-Learning Agreements due in Practicum Office. Students who do not submit their TLA’s by this date will have their placements suspended until the document is received. |
| February 15 |
Presidents’ Day; NOT a University holiday. If site is closed for this holiday, students may count practicum hours provided this is a regularly scheduled practicum day. |
| Week of March 8 - 12 |
Mid-term evaluations and Cumulative Time Sheets to date due in Practicum Office |
| March 15 - 19 |
Spring Break. Students will need to continue through the break in order to meet practicum hours requirement. |

Last day of classes and practicum for Spring Semester |
| May 10 |
All final documentation due in Practicum Office. Students who do not submit all required documents risk earning a grade of Unsatisfactory for this course. Students must account for the total of 550 hours in practicum.

This calendar assumes a Practicum of 36 hours per week for 16 weeks. Students enroll in SWK Practicum III (5820) for 12 hours in the spring semester only.
