Practicum applications due in Practicum Office including all EBPP proposals. Students who have not submitted an application by this date may not be permitted to enroll in Practicum III (5820) and may not be able to graduate on time |

Thanksgiving break; University closed |
| December 10 |
Final date to submit Student Placement Form and Practicum/Internship MOU (Attachment A) to the Practicum Office. Students who do not submit these documents will not be permitted to enroll in Practicum III (5820) and as a result, may not graduate on time. |
| January 19 |
Martin Luther King Day; University closed |
| January 20 |
Spring semester begins. Verification of malpractice liability insurance due in Practicum Office or placement may not begin. CY student Pre-practicum Lab. Location to be announced. Lab is MANDATORY. |

Teaching-Learning Agreements due in Practicum Office. Students who do not submit their TLA’s by this date will have their placements suspended until the document is received. |
| March 11 |
Mid-term evaluations due in Practicum Office |
| March 16-20 |
Spring Break. Generally, Concentration Year students may not take spring break without risking accumulation of sufficient hours. |
| May 11 |
Final evaluations for first semester of CY practicum due in Practicum Office. Last day to submit weekly logs, supervisory conference forms, cumulative time sheet, and student evaluation of practicum experience. Students who do not submit all required documents risk earning a grade of Unsatisfactory for this course. Students in Extended Practicum MUST account for 275 hours in pracitcum, half of the total requirement. |

Last possible day for Practicum. Students may complete their practicum any day between July 24 and July 30. |

Final evaluations of the last semester due in Practicum Office. Last day to submit weekly logs, supervisory conference forms, cumulative time sheet, and student evaluation of practicum experience. Students who do not submit all required documents risk earning a grade of Unsatisfactory for this course. Students must account for the total of 550 hours in practicum. |
