Teaching-Learning Agreements due in Practicum Office. Students who do not submit their TLA’s by this date will have their placements suspended until the document is received. |

Presidents’ Day; NOT a University holiday. If site is closed for this holiday, students may count practicum hours provided this is a regularly scheduled practicum day. |

Mid-term evaluations and Cumulative Time Sheets to date due in Practicum Office |
| March 15 - 19 |
Spring Break. Students will need to continue through the break in order to meet practicum hours requirement. |

All final documentation for the first 6 hours of practicum due in Practicum Office. Students must account for at least 275 clock hours in practicum. Students who do not submit all required documentation risk the grade of Unsatisfactory in the course. Required documentation includes

Commencement weekend. Students who have received a Satisfactory grade in all of the coursework including the spring semester of Practicum will be permitted to participate in Commencement exercises. |
| June 1 |
Any major revisions of TLA are due in Practicum Office |
| July 5 |
Independence Day; University closed. Students may NOT count this day as practicum unless their sites require their attendance. |
| July 30 |
Last possible day for Practicum. Students may complete their practicum any day between July 24 and July 30. |
| August 6 |
All final documentation due in Practicum Office. Students who do not submit all required documents risk earning a grade of Unsatisfactory for this course. Students must account for the total of 550 hours in practicum.

This calendar assumes a Practicum of 20 hours per week over 28 total weeks. Students enroll in SWK Practicum III (5820) two times for 6 credit hours in the spring and 6 credit hours in the summer.
