Application Fact Sheet

Potential students must apply to both the University of Oklahoma and the School of Social Work. While a student should apply to both at the same time, the School cannot officially admit an applicant to the program until they have been admitted to the University.
To apply to the University of Oklahoma:

1. Submit Application form to the University, application fee of $40.00, I have attached the form, or you may apply online http://www.ou.edu/admissions/home.html.  If you apply using the form attached, please make sure and send your application to the address listed below.

1. Send the Office of Admissions a copy of your complete college transcript(s) to date.

 

Applications must be received in the admissions office by April 1, 2011

To apply to the School of Social Work you must submit the following materials:

1.  The application form available within this packet
2.  Admission Statement
3.  Three letters of recommendation from references
