Some of the materials came from House offices and involved general web regulations. Richard Diamond, a member of Armey’s staff, oversaw and answered questions re Armey’s sites. Correspondents include Bill Thomas and Vic Fazio.

Also included was a speech by Armey on digitization. Richard Diamond, a member of Armey’s staff, oversaw Armey’s sites. Correspondents include Bill Goodling and Bill Thomas.

Folder contains correspondence and memos concerning the flat tax web page. There is also a bumper sticker for the flat tax. Folder also includes a group of e-mail letters all sent to TaxCutNow from January 1999. These letters all had Richard Diamond’s name on the top. Diamond oversaw Richard K. Armey’s web pages.
