Whether you use a search fuction or browse an individual collection you will run into three types of pages on this Web site:
- Collection descriptions - Biographical information and details about how each collection was processed and arranged, and links to the inventory
- Photograph inventories - These list photos by number and include descriptions of image content, date, location, and photographer (when known).
- Manuscript inventories - The contents of each box in a collection are described on a web page like the example below
Look for these features:
1. Collection Name
2. Box Number
3. Link to previous box in collection
4. Folders (in bold)- includes numbers, titles, and dates
5. Folder contents
6. Link to following box in collection
7. Links to other important information for that collection
8. Links to other Carl Albert Center pages
