XI.  OVERSIZED MATERIALS (1817, 1852-1910, 1929, 1964, AND N.D.)

This series contains all materials too large to be filed in a legal-sized file folder and all clippings.  Materials are newspapers, clippings, circulars, letters, publications, military forms, legislative rosters, an article reprint, a register sheet, legislation, petitions, election materials, construction diagrams, and galley proofs.  There are cross-references to all of these materials in the series of the detailed descriptive inventory in which they would normally be filed.  The materials are filed by size and by the order in which their cross-references appear in the inventory.
