WHERE IS OKLAHOMA'S 4TH DISTRICT?

 
Congressional districts change from time to time depending on census population data. Redistricting has changed the shape of Oklahoma's 4th district somewhat over the last several decades. The most striking variation is the loss of Jackson County, and therefore Altus Air Force Base, in the 1990s.
