The Big Event helps the community beyond providing labor by providing the supplies organizations need but cannot afford. Other needs contributing to our costs are lunches and t-shirts for the volunteers and advertising and administrative costs. The Big Event accepts both cash and in-kind donations. All donations are tax deductible.

The Big Event is prepared to offer our partners comprehensive promotional opportunities that will publicize your company or organization on the University of Oklahoma campus as well as throughout the Norman and Oklahoma City areas. The Big Event offers our sponsors numerous advertising venues such as publication in the Oklahoma Daily with a readership of 22,000 and advertising on the Sooner Information Network, the largest online community at a university in the United States with 31,000 registered users and an average of 20,000 page views per day. In addition, ad space is available on the CART public transportation system, on 5,500 T-shirts, and space on digital billboards at the Oklahoma Memorial.
