from community organizations as Job Site participants
in this year's event on April 5th.

Request Assistance for Your Location
In order to become a registered job site, please download
our 2007-2008 Job Site Request Form. Once we receive
your completed request, a member of our staff will contact
you regarding your site. Beginning in early February,
another member our staff will contact you once again
to set up an on-site evaluation during which he or she
will come to your location in order to evaluate site
and supply needs, and complete a risk evaluation. We
strongly encourage you to submit your form as soon as
possible so that we may have sufficient time to accompany
your needs. Also, please note that volunteers and supplies
are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Job
Site Request Forms are due January 25, 2008.
The Big Event will make every attempt to accommodate
job site requests. However, volunteer availability,
supply limits, and other concerns may prevent The Big
Event from meeting all requests.
Once your organization has become a registered job
site, you will be receiving regular updates via e-mail
and regular mail. Please be sure to provide us with
a working e-mail address and the best phone number to
contact you at. We will also contact you with questions/concerns
regarding your specific sites.
