HEC CONSTITUTION

MISSION STATEMENT

The HEC is organized to serve as a representative body of the hourly employees and encourages increased cooperation and communication among all employees of the university. The HEC shall consider methods and means by which employment conditions may be improved and the operating efficiency of the university increased. The HEC shall study and make recommendations, ordinarily through the Staff Senate, to the President's Office concerning problems and policies relating to university employees.
