The ASA Objectives
|
The Arab Student Association at OU has been created to serve certain objectives:
- Creating productive dialogue among Arabs and other ethnicities.
- Interacting with people of all backgrounds and faiths.
- Educating Americans about the cultural and political life of the Middle East.
- Conveying a positive image of America to the Arab World.
- Participating in the community services.
- Helping the International Student Office in the orientation and picking the international students from the airport.
- Tutoring the non-Arabic speakers to improve their Arabic skills.
