Greetings Sorors, visitors and friends: As president of the Kappa Psi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., it is my pleasure to both welcome and thank you for visiting our new website! With 2007 upon us, Alpha Kappa Alpha finds herself on the brink of her centennial year. In ninety-nine years, AKA has made great headway. She has created and celebrated great milestones since establishment. Today, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorors from around the world strive to maintain and perpetuate the Alpha Kappa Alpha legacy. As part of this sacred sisterhood and a leading chapter in the Mid-Western Region, Kappa Psi prides itself on uplifting the goals and principles of our illustrious pearls. From caroling to senior citizens and teaching times tables to elementary school children to our Pearls of Wisdom Scholarship and countless co-program initiatives throughout the Oklahoma City area, Kappa Psi has not only made great strides in her thirty years at the University of Oklahoma, but has set a standard as we serve all mankind. We are elated to share our past accomplishments, present endeavors, and future aspirations through a new outlet.
