ISA is one of the largest and most active cultural student organizations that not only caters to the needs of Indian students, but also comprises students from various backgrounds. We are actively involved in the international scene on campus, promoting India’s rich cultural heritage and highlighting the universal qualities that emphasize love, peace, and unity among all individuals. ISA has always sought to be a member of the Sooner family and at the same time, carry on a strong tradition of spreading cultural awareness, promoting cultural exchange, and embracing diversity among all individuals.

Through various programs and activities, ISA helps strengthen and celebrate Indian culture while also providing a common ground for enriching relations among students, faculty, relevant organizations, families and many individuals throughout the surrounding communities. The events and activities of ISA have earned us honorable awards for “ Most Outstanding Cultural Association” and “Best Cultural Performance” by the International Advisory Committee at the University of Oklahoma.
