HOW YOU CAN HELP!

Rugby at the University of Oklahoma needs your support. Without help from companies and individuals from the community the OU Rugby Club would not be able to exist in the capacity we know it. The cost of tournament entry fees, union fees, jerseys, and traveling expenses is enough to overwhelm all but the wealthiest of university students. We appreciate your help!

OU Rugby For Life Club
To deal with the costs of running a national rugby program we need support from alumni, friends, corporate sponsors, etc. If you can help, please do. Rugby for Lifers will receive a plaque and access to the VIP tent for all home games. Tent will provide beer and food. Cost is $500 initially and $100 per year. Each year the member will receive a shirt and a medal for the plaque.
 
Corporate Sponsors
We also need corporate sponsors and can offer a number of things: naming rights to the Big Twelve and/or Western Tournaments, signage on the field, program advertising, and sponsorship of jerseys. Sponsors will be granted tickets for the VIP tent.
 
Endowment Program
For those that want or can do more we are putting together an endowment for the club. Oklahoma Rugby Inc. does have 501( c) 3 status and all payments are tax deductible.

OU Varsity Rugby will give a framed official jersey to the sponsor and take photographs of the team at the tournaments with the sponsor’s banner.
  
 
OU Varsity Rugby is also looking for a restaurant or a bar to host tournament and after match functions for OU and the visiting team(s). Numbers will be anywhere between 40 to 200 players. Bringing in the loot for you is what we are about as well.
