How to Pay Your Citation

Citations must be paid or appealed (see appeal information below) at the Student Conduct Office located in Walker Center, room 209 W within ten (10) class days from the date of the citation.

The Student Conduct Office ONLY accepts checks or money orders.  Make all checks or money orders payable to The University of Oklahoma.

All unpaid or unappealed citation fees will be doubled after ten (10) class days and a hold will be placed on the student's enrollment. The enrollment hold will remain until all outstanding fees are paid in full.

How to Appeal Your Citation

To appeal a citation, print and fill out the Citation Appeal Form available below.

Deliver the completed form to the Student Conduct Office located in Walker Center, room 209W.

Appeals are reviewed by a Citation Appeal Board comprised of students.  ALL DECISIONS OF THE APPEAL BOARD ARE FINAL.

An email containing the decision of the Citation Appeal Board will be sent to the student's official OU email account following the appeal process.  If the appeal is denied, the citation must be paid by the date stated in the email.  Citations not paid by the established date will be doubled and sent to the student's Bursar account.
