COVID-19 and Student Life
Due to COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of the OU community, the Office of Student Life has closed in-person interaction and engagement. All in-person events have been suspended until at least July 31.
We will continue to maintain business operations remotely through telecommuting and online services Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM.

Student Life Virtual Office Hours
The Office of Student Life is available 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (CST) Monday – Friday. Each staff member will be hosting a weekly virtual walk-in office hour in addition to regularly scheduled meetings.
We encourage guests to reach out to the advisors via email or call (405) 325 – 3163 to let them know if you are able to make their office hours or to schedule a time that may work better for you.

Campus Activities Council (CAC)
Per the university’s announcement to transition to an all-online learning environment for the remainder of the semester, all university-related events scheduled to occur have been suspended. After looking into options for postponing Spring Family Weekend, Sooner Scandals, and College Bowl Campus Activities Council has made the difficult decision to cancel all events. We will not be able to reschedule for the Spring 2020 semester.
All ticket sales for Sooner Scandals will be refunded. Stubwire will be issuing refunds as soon as they are able. Please note that with the cancellation of many events across the region, Stubwire is currently experiencing a rather high volume of these requests and may require your patience while they work to respond to these requests as quickly as possible.
Please visit coronavirus.ou.edu for regular University updates regarding COVID-19. The Office of Student Life will be available to answer questions over the phone at (405) 325-3163, Monday-Friday, between 8:00AM and 5:00PM CDT.
Union Programming Board (UPB)
As a precautionary and protective measure, All University-related events scheduled to occur between March 14-April 5 are suspended, with the possible exception of sporting events, which may be subject to spectator restrictions.
Greek Preview Day
As a precautionary and protective measure, the University of Oklahoma is transitioning all in-person classes on the Norman campus to an online learning environment for the two-week period following Spring Break, beginning Monday, March 23 through Friday, April 3. To be clear, there are currently no known cases of COVID-19 at OU. The guidance from our public health experts is this important measure is necessary to protect the health of our community.
All University-related events scheduled to occur between March 14-April 5 are officially suspended. This includes Greek Preview Day. The Office of Student Life is investigating options for rescheduling Greek Preview Day; however, we will look to the recommendations of both University Administration and Healthcare officials before making that decision. The health and safety of our students and guests is our top priority.
As a courtesy, we will be fully refunding registration costs to all registrants. If we are able to reschedule the event, we will reach out with information on how to re-register. If you ordered a Preview Day t-shirt, we will have them available to be picked up at Panhellenic and Interfraternity Council Recruitment check-in in August. If we are able to host a pick up day during the summer, we will reach out to those of you who ordered shirts. In the event that we are able to reschedule Preview Day, shirts will be available to be picked up then, as well. If you are unable to pick up your shirts at any of these times, please email us for mailing options at email@example.com.
