American Indian Programs & Sevices at the University of Oklahoma is dedicated to providing the needed support and assistance necessary to help American Indian students achieve their educational and personal goals. American Indian Programs & Services is the designated liaison office for students, university departments, alumni, and tribes/Nations throughout the country.

Breanna Faris, M. Ed


Breanna "Bre" Faris serves as the Assistant Director for Student Life, overseeing American Indian Programs and Services.

Bre is a two time graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Native American Studies and Master of Education in Adult & Higher Education with an emphasis in Student Affairs. She is also an alumnae of Gamma Delta Pi Sorority, Inc.

Heidi Ravelo


Heidi Ravelo serves as one of the graduate assistants to Multicultural Programs & Services (MCPS). She provides additional advisement, specifically for American Indian Programs & Services and Community Relations initiatives for all MCPS communities.

Heidi is a graduate student in the Adult and Higher Education program, working towards her Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration. She is originally from Phoenix, Arizona and received her Bachelor's degree in Arts Entrepreneurship with an Emphasis in Dance Performance from the University of Central Oklahoma.
