The Organizational Dynamics (ODYN) Student Association was formed in spring 2011 as a result of the effort of several dedicated students. The mission of the association is to promote the ODYN program within the Tulsa community, facilitate communication between students and faculty, and advocate for the professional development of students.

The association is open to all students who are currently enrolled in the Organizational Dynamics program. Current ODYN students are encouraged to join the association so they can vote on decisions regarding the use of association funds. To register, students need to simply email one of the officers listed below.

About the Officers

Caitlin Turner

Caitlyn Turner, Vice-President

Caitlin Turner is President for the ODYN Student Association. Caitlin served as the Association's Vice-President for the 2018-2019 school year. Caitlin has an undergraduate degree in Letters from the University of Oklahoma and is on the Project Management ODYN track. Her favorite ODYN memories have been all of her final presentations.

Andrea Pemberton

Maddison Glenn, Treasurer

Andrea Pemberton is the Vice-President for the ODYN Student Association. Andrea has an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Oklahoma and is a Fulbright student research alumna. She is currently the program manager for TYPROS at the Tulsa Regional Chamber and is on the Project Management track in the ODYN program. Her favorite ODYN memories are all the "working" lunches with other ODYN students in her classes.

Karissa Coltman Burnett

Tyler Gilbert, Secretary

Karissa Coltman Burnett is Secretary for the ODYN Student Association. Karissa has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from The University of Tulsa. She is a non-profit professional and applies her ODYN experiences in her current role as Manager of Programs for Family Advancement at CAP Tulsa. Karissa's favorite component of the ODYN program is the diversity of student backgrounds and perspectives brought to each class.

Jil Hellmann Regouby

Maddison Glenn, Treasurer

Jil Hellmann Regouby is Treasurer for the ODYN Student Association. Jil has an undergraduate degree from the University of Warwick, UK. After earning her degree, she spent several years working in organizational development and sales roles for an international logistics company. The ODYN program helps her draw lessons from previous work experience and build her professional and interpersonal skills.

Dr. Jennifer Kisamore

Dr. Jennifer Kisamore

 

As the faculty advisor for the ODYN Student Assocation, I help the association's officers navigate university policies and procedures for activities they want to pursue. I also provide a faculty perspective on association issues.
