DATA MANAGEMENT POLICY

The University of Oklahoma Biological Station publishes data sets on our Web site. Although every effort is made to assure the accuracy of the information contained in the data sets, all data sets are made available "as is". UOBS will not assume liability for any damages resulting from use or misinterpretation of data sets.

Data Sets

Permission to download the data sets is granted without a fee subject to the following terms:

1. The data user will complete a Data Use Registration Form, ou.edu/uobs/datause.html.
2. The data user will acknowledge the data originator. Citation information will be provided with the individual data sets.
3. The data user will not redistribute the original data and documentation.
4. The data user will send two copies of any publications to the following address:

One copy will be retained in our library and one copy will be provided to the data originator.
