The University of Oklahoma Biological Station's guest researcher housing facility is available for occupancy by long-term guest researcher teams (one to six persons per apartment) or guest researchers and accompanying family members.
Each of the three apartments consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-functioning kitchen, living/dining area and washer/dryer combo with one unit handicap accessible. All of the apartments are fully furnished and stocked with bed/bath linens as well as small appliances (i.e. coffee maker, toaster, can openers), dishes and pots and pans. Each apartment is also outfitted with internet access.
The 2,800 square-foot triplex was constructed with a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and funding from OU. The apartment building rests on a 7.3 acre tract of land, adjacent to the main UOBS campus.
The monthly rate for renting an apartment is $390.00 Rates for a single individual are $250 per month for a private bedroom and private bathroom with access to a shared kitchen, dining/living area and washer/dryer combo.
