Registration Form

FOR SCIENCE EDUCATION STUDENTS INDICATE:

Each participant is required to participate in a group discussion of some aspect of evolutionary teaching that they would like to share with others in the workshop.  It is not necessary to give an elaborate presentation with Powerpoint slides, etc. You may want to share a favorite lesson plan or laboratory exercise that provides your students with a greater understanding of evolution. Or, you may want to seek an answer to some problem that you have encountered in teaching evolution, either in presenting scientific concepts or in addressing students’ objections to evolution.

Don’t be hesitant to present!  It is exciting to work with a diversity of teachers who share the same goal of involving students in learning about evolution and all will benefit from the interaction with other participants.

Please provide a one or two sentence description of what you would like to discuss:

Selection of participants will be based on a variety of considerations, including representatives from both large and small schools and geographic distribution within Oklahoma.
