Application Checklist

Before we begin the Application lets take some time to see if you do indeed qualify and if you have all the proper information available to complete it.

Register with The Center For Student Life

-Your organization must be re-registered with the Center for Student Life no later than 4:00PM on Friday September 16, 2005 to be eligable for funding in 2007. Only those organizations registered by October 15, 2004 will be eligable for the 2006 Primary Funding Process.

Attend the Mandatory Budget Meeting

-To be eligible for funding in both Subsidiary 2006 and all of 2007, one representative from your organization MUST attend one of the two manditory budget meetings held in Meacham Auditorium in the Oklahoma Memorial Union on either Monday January 30, 2006 at 8:00PM or Tuesday January 31, 2006 at 8:00PM. THIS MEETING IS MANDITORY FOR ALL STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS!

Gather information

Get information from last year about your organization, such as:

Last years allocation and usage of those funds

Programs, Events, and Activities

How many active and inactive members?

Whether or not your group is registered with The Center For Student Life

Check the funds usage forms

Schedule your interview

-This is done over the phone by calling the UOSA office at 405-325-5471

Attend Your Interview

-Organizations must attend an interview to receive funding.
-If you do not attend you will be unable to recieve UOSA funding.

More then 5 PEAs

-Do not worry if you have more then 5. Just submit another application and in the Organization Name put a -2 behind it (Name-2) and use PEA 1 as your PEA 6. You do NOT have to fill out the entire application again just simply the extra PEAs.
