| TENTATIVE DATES FALL 2008 SUBSIDIARY PROCESS Budgets Due: 4:00pm Friday, September 26th to uosabudget AT ou DOT edu IMPORTANT: If you would like an interview, please indicate so in the e-mail you send with your budget application. Interview Deadline: 4:00pm Friday, September 26th (in Room 181 of the Union, the Conoco Student Leadership Wing). Interviews: September 26th-October 3rd Allocations Posted: Monday, October 13th UNION CATERING FUND Application Due: 4:00pm Friday, September 26th (use same procedure as outlined above under "subsidiary process." There is no interview process; we will post or e-mail you the allocation amounts. EMERGENCY PROCESS Budgets Due: Continuous after September 2nd to uosabudget AT ou DOT edu (Interviews are mandatory and can be scheduled for most Sunday afternoons). Interview Deadline: Schedule your interview as early as possible so we can find a date that works for you. Interviews: We can schedule an interview for you for most Sunday afternoons. Allocations Posted: We can e-mail you our recommendation; however, it takes several weeks to pass through both bodies of Congress and get signed by the President. |
