The General Counsel has various duties, including: Representing students who are charged with academic misconduct or student code violations, or who wish to appeal a grade; Reviewing the constitutions of Registered Student Organizations; and Ensuring that the UOSA constitution and enactments of the Legislative Branch are followed.
