Bob Choate, General Counsel Ambar Malik, Nicholas Bender, Michael Davis, Associate General Counsels The UOSA General Counsel's office is established under the authority of the UOSA Constitution and the University of Oklahoma Student Code. The General Counsel has various duties, including: Representing students who are charged with academic misconduct or student code violations, or who wish to appeal a grade; Reviewing the constitutions of Registered Student Organizations; and Ensuring that the UOSA constitution and enactments of the Legislative Branch are followed.
