| is associate professor of Center for American Studies and assistant dean of Institute of International Studies, Fudan University, member of International Studies Association (USA), British International Studies Association (UK), Asian Political and International Studies Association (APISA) and Shanghai Association of American Studies, used to be adjunct deputy director of Department of American Studies of Shanghai Institute for International Studies (SIIS, 2004) and Fox Fellow of Yale Center for International and Area Studies, 2000-2001, Korea Foundation-Yonsei distinguished visiting professor at Graduate School of International Studies of Yonsei University (2005). Dr. Wang received his Ph.D. in 2001 from Department of International Politics, Fudan University and B.A. in 1995 from Department of Environmental Science and Technology, East China University of Science and Technology. He has published nearly seventy academic articles in International Studies, Asia Perspective, Pacific Focus, Korean Observer,American Studies Quarterly, Social Sciences Abroad, Academics in China, Open Times, Fudan Journal, China Review, World Economy and Politics, European Studies, International Studies, Contemporary Asia-Pacific Studies, Contemporary International Relations and several books including The International Relations in the Process of Globalization, co-author, Fudan University. His research interests include International Relations Theories, American Foreign Strategy and Sino-U.S. Relations, China’s Foreign Policy etc. He is quite active on international academic exchanges and he is also a columnist of Global Times and NanfangZhoumo (Southern Weekend). He also published more than one hundred and seventy commentaries in Asia Times, Lianhe Zaobao (Singapore), China Daily, Global Times, Wenhui Daily and Jiefang Daily etc. |
