Xu Hui is associate professor of National Defense University, China. As a Colonel from the Army, he graduated from a military academy, received his MA from the NDU and Ph.D. from the graduate school of the Chinese Social Science Academy. His scholarly interests and publications mainly cover military strategy of China and the US, theory and practice of Crisis Management.
