Wu Xinbo is a professor at the Center for American Studies and associate dean of the School of International Relations and Public Affairs at Fudan University. He is also vice president of the Shanghai Institute of American Studies. He teaches and writes about Chinese foreign policy, Sino-American relations and Asia-Pacific affairs.
