University Women's Association

Celebrating Women for Over 68 Years

University Women's Association (UWA) is comprised of current or retired female faculty and staff, OU graduates and wives of current, retired or deceased OU faculty and staff members. The organization exists to promote fellowship and provide support to the University of Oklahoma. We are proud to provide scholarships to worthy OU students each year.

Membership dues of only $30 per year provide access to several general-membership activities during the academic year, optional membership in any of several informal interest groups which meet in homes about once a month, and a monthly newsletter and picture directory of membership. Members may participate in as few or as many of these opportunities as you choose.

Please join us at our next event! We want to get to know you and help you feel at home at OU.
