How to Apply to the University of Oklahoma as a VEF Fellow

1. Learn about OU's programs in your field of study. If you have any questions on degree requirements or course work, you are welcome to contact the department directly. If you have any questions about the VEF Program at OU, please contact the VEF Advisor.

2. Read the Information for Prospective Students from Abroad. Download and fill out the International Graduate Application. VEF Fellows do not pay application fees.

3. Download two copies of the VEF Fellow Application Cover Sheet and attach them to the top of your International Graduate Application.

4. Submit your application and credentials as directed on the application form to:
