Online form submission is preferred by Veteran Student Services, because it expedites processing which allows you to receive benefits quicker.

  • Veteran Choice Act Residenct Reclassification 
    Documentation is required for Chapter 30 and 33 students who may qualify.

  • New Student Checklist 
    When you complete the electronic Course Confirmation Form, the New Student Checklist is not needed by Veteran Student Services.

  • Course Confirmation Form 
    When completing this form online, you must hit the RESET button after printing the form to clear your information from the form. Printed forms are submitted to your college advisor for approval of
    your courses. 

  • Parent School Letter

  • OU Yellow Ribbon effective Fall 2018 
    The Yellow Ribbon Program was established by the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008. This program allows institutions of higher learning (such as colleges, universities, and other degree-granting schools) in the United States to voluntarily enter into an agreement with VA to fund tuition and fee expenses that exceed the tuition and fee amounts payable under the Post-9/11 GI Bill®.
