Considering attending the University of Oklahoma?  This is where to schedule a visit to take a walking tour of our campus and residence halls, meet OU students and staff and experience the Sooner community. Tours are approximately two hours in length, and include an information session with a university recruiter and a walking tour guided by a knowledgeable current OU student.

Graduate Students


The OU Graduate College offers a campus tour specifically geared toward graduate students. Led by our Graduate College Student Ambassadors, tours can be booked for the individual or a group and can incorporate prospective academic departments.

Fall tours will run Tuesdays through Thursdays, September 6 – December 1, and spring tours will run January 31 – April 28. Please note that tour capacity is set at 50.

Self-Guided Walking Tour

Jacobson Hall

Stop by the Visitor Center and pick up a Self-Guided Tour Booklet. Written with a general overview and historical points of interest, it allows you to enjoy our "campus beautiful by day and night" at your own pace and convenience.

OU Ghost Tours

Freshman Programs Instructor, Jeff Provine, escorts curious guests to selected points of unexplained OU lore and legend, presenting his ongoing research into the mysterious side of the University of Oklahoma campus. This nighttime walking tour will add intrigue to existing knowledge of Oklahoma’s iconic institution of higher learning.
