Applicants must submit transcript(s) from their last degree-granting institution. To minimize your application's time to review, please upload a copy of your official transcript and degree certificate from your last degree-granting school with your application. You should also request an OFFICIAL transcript and degree certificate from your last degree-granting school and mail them to the Office of Graduate Admission. Please send your transcript to:

Office of Graduate Admissions

Norman, OK 73019

Graduate applicants must, at minimum, possess or be in the process of completing, the equivalent of a 4-year US Bachelor’s degree. In most cases, a 3-year Bachelor’s degree is not sufficient for graduate study at the University of Oklahoma.

Please note, you should have already submitted your official transcript and degree certificate from your last degree-granting institution prior to your admission.

The Office of Graduate Admissions evaluates all international credentials. We do not use the evaluations of external international credential agencies.

Special Instructions:

If your transcript is issued by your university in a language other than English, we require the official, original language document as well as an official, or certified, English translation.

Applicants from India: If your university issues mark-sheets, we require original and complete university mark-sheets. Consolidated mark-sheets are not acceptable.

Applicants from Iran: To be considered official, your English translation and accompanying Persian document must bear the stamp of the Department of Official Translators’ Affairs.
