About Us

The University of Oklahoma’s department of Architectural and Engineering Services (A&E Services) operates under the direction of Jeff Schmitt. 

Assisting the Associate Vice President are two Assistant Directors :

• Brent Everett, Assistant Director
• Earl Chain, Assistant Director

Charges for Architectural and Engineering Services: Fees for services provided by the A&E Services are billed on an hourly rates basis.  The Schedule of Charges is usually revised at the beginning of each fiscal year (July 1-June 30).
