Annette's Coaching Mindset: "I believe that coaching is a process where a trusting bond is developed with coach and student. With that bond in place the student empowers themselves to make, meet and surpass goals in their personal and academic lives. They are allowed to have the time and space to answer powerful questions that allow them to reflect on what is most important to them during coaching."
