Lee Anne’s Coaching Mindset: "I believe that coaching is taking people to the end of their comfort zones and bringing them to places they didn't realize they could go in their lives. Helping others take personal accountability help gives them complete control over their lives to be able to respond to anything that happens to them with grace and strength."

Top Defining Moment in Higher Education:

·       I did not know what I wanted to do when I went to college, so having a great academic advisor who listened and helped me navigate that process was a big step for me. Once I took classes in Gaylord College I knew that a journalism degree was right for me because not only did it prepare me for a career in journalism, but the things I learned in my classes helped prepare me for other careers I have now had that are NOT in journalism. *Media Law Class-helped me to learn to write better and dig deeper into the understanding of the way the law works in your everyday life.

While in college, I experienced:

  • Balancing work and school.
  • Being undecided on a major.
  • Difficulty building and managing successful study systems.
  • Financial Stress.
  • Being a part of a Greek organization.
  • Overcoming daily challenges through resiliency.
