Authorized Users

Authorized User Set-up

Students may authorize another person to pay on their account by completing the following steps:

  1. Log into ONE

  2. Click the "Financial" tab

  3. Under "Total Bursar Balance", click on “Authorized Users”

  4. Enter the appropriate email address

  5. Check the “I agree” box

  6. Click “Continue”

Two emails will be sent to the person you have authorized to pay on your account. One with a username, the second with the password. This will happen within seconds. If the authorized user cannot find the email, have them look in their “Junk Mail” folder. They can then log in at Bill Pay.
