Mission Statement
The OU Fire Marshal Office operates under the University of Oklahoma Campus Safety Department. Our mission is to provide a fire safe environment for faculty, staff, students and visitors on the campus of the University of Oklahoma.
The University Fire Marshal's Office is responsible for inspections, fire safety education, plan reviews & code interpretation, fire investigations, permits and other policies for the Norman Campus and University owned property outside the campus.
