Corporate Partner Program
Résumé Critiques and Mock Interviews
Through our Speakers’ Bureau, employers can hold ‘office hours’ in Career Services to visit with students on a walk-in basis and critique their resumes. We also hold mock interviews for students on a by-appointment basis that employers can sign up for as well. Workshops and Presentations
Career Services offers professional development workshops for students throughout the year on several topics, including professional dress, how to work the career fair, interviewing techniques, and more. Through our Speakers’ Bureau, we give employers the opportunity to present at these workshops as content experts, which gives them a forum to interact with a built-in audience of students. During the On-Campus Interview seasons each semester, many employers hold invitational Information Sessions prior to their interview dates to give their candidates a closer look at the company and their open positions. Career Services manages the logistics for these events through Handshake, and you can make a reservation by logging into your employer account.
If you’d like to hold an event to present your company’s brand to students prior to a career fair or during the offseason of recruiting, then an Employer Spotlight is for you! These events differ from Information Sessions because they can be booked year-round, and are typically advertised to larger populations of students (rather than exclusively to interview candidates). Employer Spotlights can be set up through your Handshake employer account.
