Camilo Alvarez

Citizen Award

"I was born in Florida, moved to Illinois with my family, and eventually we moved to Houston, Texas to be closer to our extended family. I went to Sam Houston State University with my best friend from high school for my Bachelor’s degree in math.

"Outside of math, you will find me playing all sorts of video games with my friends. My most immediate goal is to finish my degree and see where life takes me from there."
