Profile

Luvia Estrella Morales Rodríguez studied at the Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas and the University of Central Oklahoma before she was awarded the Ph.D at the University of Oklahoma. Her research program focuses on 20th and 21st century literary / journalistic chronicles of Mexico, Colombia and Argentina. She has presented 21 research papers at regional, national and international conferences in Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, and the United States. Moreover, she has published in scholarly journals such as Guaraguao: revista de cultura latinoamericana, World Literature Today, Confluencia Revista Hispánica de Cultura y Literatura, Latin American Literature Today, Cincinnati Romance Review, Balajú Revista de Cultura y Comunicación, and Spanish and Portuguese Review AATSP.
